Pallet Deliveries
- To arrange a pre-Christmas pallet delivery, please get in touch early in December and our Customer Services team will advise on available slots.
Single Case Deliveries
- To help ensure pre-Christmas delivery of single cases, please submit your purchase orders by 12 noon on Thursday 18th December.
- Our last despatch day before Christmas is Monday 22nd December, for expected delivery on Tuesday 23rd
- Where possible, urgent deliveries (excluding drug packs) are available between Christmas and New Year. For assistance, please contact our Customer Services Team.
* Delivery is subject to stock availability and your forecast. Normal despatch service levels resume on Monday 5th January 2026 (with expected deliveries from Tuesday 6th January 2025).
