Contract Manufacturing
In our purpose-built, state-of-the art cleanroom facility in South Wales, we can manufacture, assemble and pack items which require a cleanroom environment. The cleanroom is a positive pressure environment with air prevented from entering except through a HEPA filtration system.
We work with some well-known, market-leading health & beauty brands in the UK & Europe. Contracts have included health & beauty, medical, food or therapeutic items.
eBeam Sterilisation
Following packing, or as a standalone service, we can then sterilise the finished goods using our on-site Electron Beam Steriliser (“eBeam”). The eBeam is a method which has been proven over years to be effective, safe and lower cost than alternative methods.
Products which are irradiation sensitive are sterilised by Ethylene Oxide at a sub-contract facility.
